Prices: All prices are per person and day or week, with half board (dinner and breakfast). The room rates are subject to change based on hotel occupancy. We recommend contacting us directly to obtain the most up-to-date and advantageous rates. Additionally, we are pleased to guarantee the prices in the quote for a period of 72 hours.

Photo of the room: the photo "displayed" for each type of room is demonstrative. For reasons of space we cannot list all the photos of each of our rooms. We cannot "guarantee" that the room displayed will be assigned

The flat fee offers are based on the double room “comfort” prices. To the flat fee offers of the other room categories will be added price differences depending on the room. All flat fee offers can only be booked on the stated dates and only one saving per reservation can be used.
The weekly flat fee offers are valid for 7 days from SA to SA or SU to SU.
In case of the single use of a double room we will calculate an extra charge of 30% (except high season or previous agreement).
Smokers: We ask you for understanding to the Italian legislature smoking is forbidden in the hotel-rooms and all community rooms.
If you book B&B (bed and breakfast) you get a reduction of € 10,00 on the half board price. Non consumed dinners have to be reported to the reception and cause a deduction of € 10,00 (if reported on time).
We are happy to be amiable with your room requests regarding room categories, but we can’t reserve certain room numbers or floor numbers.
We inform you that we can only small dogs (up to a weight of 6 kilos). Cost per day € 20,00 - without food; please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining area, in the swimming pool, in the sauna and our Cristal Beauty & Relax Center.
Southtyrol Guest Pass: A single ticket to discover the whole of South Tyrol
We offer their guests the Südtirol Guest Pass: A ticket that allows you to travel comfortably and flexibly on all means of public transportation.
How does the Südtirol Guest Pass look like?
From the winter season 2024/5 you will get a ticket as digital PDF for mobile devices (smartphones) that you can use directly from your smartphone or print out and take with you in paper form.
Validity: the Südtirol Guest Pass as digital ticket is only available in the participating accommodation establishments and is active for the duration of the guest's stay (from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure).
E-Charging-station: we have 2 e-charging stations. You are welcome to charge your electric car with us. Cost € 0,45 kw/h (on reservation)
Payment: Your final account can be payed in cash, VISA, Mastercard or EC Card. The limit on the use of cash is decreased to € 4.999,99.
HGV travel insurance: Do you want a cancellation insurance? Then we recommend the HGV travel insurance. In addition it contains services like delayed arrival to your hotel which were not your fault (for example if you have an accident with your car)
