General Information – Surcharges

Children's Discounts
Children sleeping in the third bed in their parents' room are entitled to the following discounts:
- Children 0–1 years old, incl. child's cot (extra charge for meals) - 15,00€
- Children 2–3 years old - 50%
- Children 4–9 years old - 30%
- Children 10 years and older - 20%
General Conditions and Terms
Our hotel rates are per person and per day, and include all fees, resort taxes, and other charges. For stays of less than 3 days, a 10% surcharge will be added to the half-board rate.
Additionally, the Full-Board Surcharge is valid only if "Full-Board" applies to your entire stay).
- The daily use of the indoor swimming pool and the sauna facilities (Finnish, hot-air, bio-, steam sauna, and whirlpool) is included in the Half-Board Rate for the entire Winter Season.
Additionally, the Breakfast Buffet and the Salad Bar as well as the use of the outside private parking lot (in front of the hotel) are all included.
- In the Monte Cristallo, Cristallino, and Dolomite View rooms, you will find bathrobes for your use. For other rooms, bathrobes are available upon request.
- Your rooms will be available for you to occupy on the day of your arrival starting at 3:00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed-upon). In the event that you are unable to arrive and check in by 6:00 p.m., please notify us.
In the event that you terminate your stay prematurely, you will be billed for your room up to the scheduled day of departure (except in case of serious illness of the guest).
- Minimum stay in August: 7 days.
- Unfortunately, it is not always possible to reserve all types of rooms.
- Cancellations up to 60 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival are free of charge; between 16 and 14 days in advance, you will be charged for 3 days of the room rate; when canceling 14 days or less in advance,
you will be charged 80% of room rate for the total reserved time (except in case of serious illness of the guest).
- We recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance.
- Upon the publication of this Price List, all previous lists become invalid.
