Here, in this historical borderland, three important culinary traditions encountered each other at a very early period: the local South Tyrolean cooking, multi-facetted Austrian cuisine, and spicy Italian cuisine. Today, our kitchen team combines the best aspects of each form of cuisine to produce the most-tempting dishes you can imagine.
When it comes to mouth-watering dishes, our chef enjoys our complete confidence. He knows where to get the freshest vegetables, he selects only local meats, and he is an expert in the use of spices. He can create modern dishes employing elements of grandmother's simple South Tyrolean cooking. Every course is a work of art in itself, and a successful combination of South Tyrolean country cuisine, light Italian dishes, and international fine dining.
